NCTE Awards Ceremony- $10,000

The NCTE Awards celebrate the profession’s best and brightest to honor their commitment and dedication to advancing literacy, the field of education, and the organization. This event is free for all attendees.

Benefits include:

  • Logo recognition on the event registration page

ELATE Luncheon- $7,000

Hosted by leaders of English Language Arts Teacher Educators (ELATE) of NCTE, this luncheon features a keynote speaker of interest to those teaching future educators, preservice teachers, and other educators at all levels. Awards for published works on preparation and education of preservice and/or practicing English language arts teachers and articles in English Education will be presented.

Middle Level Section Luncheon- $7,000

Sponsored by the Middle Level Section of NCTE, this luncheon features announcements, award presentations, and a keynote talk by an author or educator of interest to educators at the middle level.

ALAN Breakfast- $7,000

Join the Assembly on Literature for Adolescents of NCTE (ALAN) for this morning event featuring a talk by a popular young adult author, announcements, and award presentations.

Children’s Book Awards Luncheon- $7,000

The Children's Book Awards Luncheon features talks by winners of the NCTE Orbis Pictus Award for Outstanding Nonfiction for Children, the Charlotte Huck Award for Outstanding Fiction for Children, and the Award for Excellence in Poetry for Children. Luncheon attendees meet authors and illustrators at their tables and leave with at least one book. The winners of next year's awards will also be announced!

Secondary Section
Luncheon- $7,000

Sponsored by the Secondary Section of NCTE, this luncheon features announcements, award presentations, and a keynote talk by an author or educator of interest to educators teaching high school students.

Children's Literature Assembly Breakfast- $7,000

The Children's Literature Assembly of NCTE presents this morning event where audience members can hear a distinguished author or illustrator, win a full set of Notable Children's Books, and bid on artwork by exceptional illustrators.

Affiliate Roundtable
Breakfast- $7,000

A yearly tradition, the Affiliate Roundtable Breakfast gives affiliate leaders and other NCTE members the opportunity to discuss issues of mutual concern. The breakfast also serves as a place to hear from NCTE leaders and a forum for the recognition of state, regional, and national affiliate activity.

National Writing Project
Brunch- $7,000

The National Writing Project Brunch offers a keynote speaker and the opportunity for networking with other Writing Project leaders and members.

First-Time Attendee
Breakfast- $12,000

Meet and greet first-time Convention attendees at this popular networking event which attracts 500+ attendees every year.


Benefits include:

  • Logo recognition on screen in event intro and closing

  • “Sponsored by” recognition on all event promotions

  • One 2–3-minute speaking opportunity welcoming first-time attendees. (*Speaking notes to be approved by NCTE in advance)

  • Onsite signage recognition at the event room

  • Literature distribution

  • Opportunity to coordinate display table outside the room

  • Logo recognition near event listing in the Convention Program

Section Receptions
(4 available)- $7,000 ea

Sponsor one or all of the popular Section Get-Togethers. Choose from Elementary, Middle Level, Secondary, or the College event on Thursday, November 16.

  • 1–2-minute speaking opportunity to welcome attendees to the Get-Together (*Speaking notes to be approved by NCTE in advance)

  • Opportunity to send a dedicated e-blast to Convention attendees
